Who we are
This site is operated by Lavisha International FZE LLC, trading as STRUCTURE. When we say “we” on this page, that is who we mean.
What we collect, and when
If you fill in the application, we receive what you type: your name, email address, phone number, and your answers to the questions. We ask for these because a person reads every application and needs a way to reply.
The site also measures how it is used — which pages are visited and where people stop — through two measurement scripts: one run for us by Revline Group Ltd, whose software operates this site's forms and reporting, and one belonging to the customer-relationship system where applications are stored. Until you agree to tracking, nothing is stored on your device for this: visits are counted without recognising you from one day to the next.
What it is used for
- Reading and replying to your application, and holding the call you book.
- Keeping a record of the conversation in our customer-relationship system.
- Understanding which pages work and which lose people, so the site improves.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the systems named above that process it on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Application details are kept while we are in a conversation with you, and afterwards as part of our business records. Measurement data is kept only as long as it is useful for the purpose above, then removed.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to desk@structurelogistics.com and a person will answer.
