A private freight network, by application only
Stop buying leads.
Get put on freight.
Real loads from real shippers, not a list you cold-call. US manufacturers and distributors keep a standing desk with Structure. When a tender fails, the load comes to the network, and a member brokerage runs it on their own MC.

The relationships are ours.
The freight becomes yours.
Small desks do not starve for want of skill. They starve for want of access, and the network exists to close that gap: one standing desk the shippers trust, and a room of vetted brokerages behind it.
The shipper side
We sign US manufacturers and distributors as the standing backup desk in their routing guide. Earning that seat takes years of clean coverage and a name they trust: our work, done once, held for the whole network.
The member side
Vetted brokerages hold membership. When shipper freight needs covering it goes to members first, and it runs as your load: you are the broker of record, your MC on the rate con, your carrier packet, your invoice.
The bridge
You never cold-call the shipper, and the shipper never wonders who is on their freight. The network is the introduction, the vetting and the accountability in one place.
And the room stays small on purpose. Seats open only as fast as shipper freight grows. That is why there is an application and sometimes a wait, not a checkout.

i A tender fails upstream
A shipper’s primary rejects a tender, or a carrier falls off the day before pickup. We are the standing backup desk in their routing guide, so the load comes to us with dates, equipment and rate context attached.
ii The claim window opens
Member desks whose vetting matches the freight see it at the same moment: lane, equipment, pickup window, rate on the tender. A handful of matched desks, not a board with three thousand. Nobody works a phone tree and nobody buys position.
iii First qualified desk wins
You answer, the load is yours. You book your carrier, cover it, and run it on your own MC: dispatch, track and deliver like any load on your board.
iv The record is kept
Answer time, cover quality and service go on your desk’s record. The record decides who sees the next window first. Not seniority, and not a sales conversation.
100 loads to your desk
in 30 days, or every dollar back.
Networks that sell access hedge in the fine print. This one puts the number in writing, because seats only open when the bench can feed them, so we can afford to carry the risk ourselves.
100 live shipper loads in 30 days, or a full refund.
One hundred live shipper loads tendered to your desk in your first thirty days in the feed, or every dollar of your dues returned. Written into the membership agreement.
The number
One hundred live shipper loads tendered into your claim windows, matched to your lanes and equipment, dates and rate on the tender. Not inquiries. Not contacts. Not a list.
The start
Probation is measured in loads, not months. It ends when your first watched loads are run, and the thirty-day clock starts the day your desk goes live in the feed. It cannot be used to stall the clock.
The limit
This guarantees the freight in front of you, not the freight you cover. Windows are first-answer, and the desks that pick up in seconds take the loads. The hundred is ours to deliver. The covering is yours to win.
The remedy
Miss the number and every dollar of your dues comes back. A refund, not a credit, not an extension: requested in writing, returned the way dues were paid, and it sits in the membership agreement word for word.
Written into the membership agreement · not a landing-page promise
The floor is guaranteed. The ceiling is earned.
2-minute application · answered within 24 hours, either way
Standing is earned,
never bought.
Every desk enters the same way and climbs the same way: on its record. Dues are flat and monthly, scoped on the membership call, in writing, before you commit. And dues are the only money. No per-load fee. No cut of your margin. No split. Feed position is never for sale.
Probation
First routed loads, watched
Where every desk starts. Real freight, close attention: the network sees how you answer, cover and track before anything settles in.
Member
Steady routing to your lanes
Probation cleared. Freight that matches your lanes and equipment reaches your desk in claim windows, week in, week out.
Priority
First window on matching freight
Your record put you here: answer times and clean covers, not a sales conversation. Priority desks see matching freight first.
Partner
Dedicated routing, scoped desk by desk
For desks the bench leans on hardest. Built on the record, shaped around your operation.
Raises your standing
- Claim windows answered in seconds, not hours
- Covers that hold: the truck you said, the window you said
- Tracking that updates without being chased
- Probation loads run without incident
Lowers it
- Windows left unanswered
- Bounced covers and quiet fall-offs
- Dispatch that goes dark at 4pm on a Friday
- Service failures a shipper has to tell us about
Not every desk
gets in.
The application takes about two minutes. The vetting takes longer: MC, authority, bond, lanes and dispatch, checked against the public record and finished on the call. If that reads like a carrier packet, good. It is the standard the shippers were promised.
Authority
Active MC, and how long it has been active. New authority is not an automatic no; it changes which freight we would trust you with first.
Bond
$75,000 surety bond, current (BMC-84 or BMC-85), with no lapses we can find. A past lapse is a conversation for the call, not a discovery we want to make after a load.
Lanes & equipment
Where you actually run and with what. We route against this, so overstating it only wins you claim windows you cannot cover.
Dispatch coverage
Who answers the claim window at 4pm on a Friday. If the honest answer is nobody, the network cannot help you yet.
Responsiveness
How fast your desk moves between application and call tells us most of what the claim clock will tell us later.
Probation loads
Your first routed loads are watched: answer, cover, track, deliver. Clean probation raises your standing. Incidents end it.
One dispatcher who always answers beats five who do not. Two-person desks running a few dozen loads a month are exactly who probation was built for. The vetting is about whether you answer, not how big you are.
Worth your time,
or not.
Apply if
- You run a small or mid-size US brokerage with active authority and a current bond
- You have dispatch that can answer a claim window and cover what it claims
- You want freight on the desk, not another tool to configure
- You can treat probation loads like an audition, because that is what they are
Pass if
- You want a contact list to prospect. This network has no phone numbers for sale
- You would rather haggle than qualify. The vetting is the standard, and the guarantee already carries the risk
- Nobody at your shop can pick up at 4pm on a Friday
- You would rather stay anonymous than be accountable to a network that tracks the record
The questions a
careful desk asks.
Is this a lead list?
Is this double brokering?
Is this an agent program?
Why can’t I just pay and start?
Is the volume guaranteed?
What does membership cost?
Whose customer is the shipper, and who bills them?
How fast do loads start?
What if the bench doesn’t match my lanes?
Who is behind this?
Two minutes now.
An answer within a day.
Nine questions about your desk: what you move, what you could move, and where to reach you. Every application is read, and every one gets an answer either way. If the bench cannot feed your lanes we tell you that, rather than seat a desk we cannot supply.
No payment details · no obligation · the guarantee above is in the membership agreement
